In a recent OC retail buy, Tourmaline Capital paid $16.7 mil for Anaheim Hills Shopping Village, a 67.5k sf ($247/sf) center in Anaheim. The property was sold by a private family partnership, who was the original developer.
The 95%-occupied center is anchored by Big Lots, as well as leased to a wide range of daily needs and internet resistant retailers, many of which have been at the property for a number of years.
Located at 6300 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd, the property sits directly off of California State Route 91. The property was originally developed in 1984 and has been a prominent neighborhood shopping center for the greater Anaheim Hills community.
Daniel Tyner, Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina with JLL Capital Markets represented the buyer and the seller in the deal.
